At the Covert Combat Outdoor Lazertag Site in Penzance, we have a wide range of equipment available for use by players. Examples of this equipment are shown below.

At the Covert Combat Outdoor Lazertag Site, all players are issued with a Velcro-adjustable camouflage baseball cap.
Attached to the front and rear of the cap is a piece of Velcro, used to quickly attach and detach the sensors which are linked to each player’s “gun”.
Hire of the camo baseball cap is included in all game fees.

At the Covert Combat Outdoor Lazertag Site, all players who are attending a session lasting two hours or more have the hire of a set of camouflage overalls included in their game fee.
Overalls are usually available for hire (at an additional cost of 50p per person) by players wishing to play for less than two hours. The hire fee covers laundry costs, since all overalls are only worn once before being laundered.
The camouflage overalls are superb, as they help to keep your clothing clean, whilst also helping you to blend into the surrounding plant growth.
To optimise the amount that the coveralls help you to blend into the background, we recommend slow movement - the eye is attracted to fast moving objects, meaning that players who continuously run about are more likely to be seen than those who move carefully and quietly.

Combat vests (assault vests) contain numerous pockets for all those combat essentials you might want to carry with you.
On birthday party bookings, Covert Combat includes the hire of a camouflage combat vest (assault vest) in the game fee of the birthday boy or girl. This helps the birthday boy or girl to feel even more important on their special day.
On stag parties and hen parties, we also include the hire of a camouflage combat vest (assault vest) in the game fee of the groom- or bride-to-be.
Combat vests (assault vests) are usually available for hire (at an additional cost of only £2.00 per person) by other players wishing to truly look the part!

Five-colour camouflage face paint is available for purchase on site, priced at only £2.00 per container.
One container of camouflage face paint is usually sufficient for ten people to use, so you can either share is amongst a larger group, or keep it and use it yourself each time you visit the Covert Combat Outdoor Lazertag Site.
Camo face paint is used to reduce “shine” and to even up light and dark areas of the face and neck - great for avoiding detection by the enemy!

CB (Citizen Band) handheld radios are available for hire (at an additional cost of only £2.00 per person) by players wishing to communicate to other team members without giving away their position to the opposition.
These rugged CB radios are hired in sets of two, and are a superb way to organise your team members, discuss tactics, etc.

|
High-quality camouflage binoculars are available for hire (at an additional cost of only £1.00 per person) by players wishing to gain a tactical advantage over opposing forces by getting an early warning of their approach, or by being able to mark their position and decide upon appropriate tactics in advance.
The binoculars are of a 10x25 magnification, and a 5.9 degree field of view.

N.B. CB radios & binoculars are considered optional and non-essential extras, which can add an extra element to half-day and full-day games being played by adult groups. We do not generally supply these items to players aged under 18, nor are they usually worthwhile for sessions lasting less than half a day.
On the flip-side, everybody loves wearing camo face paint, and we highly recommend it for all groups!
