Where do we park?
When you turn off Treskerby Road into the site, our designated parking area (FREE to customers) can be found immediately on the right-hand side. In the unlikely event that there are no vacant parking spaces remaining, please do not park on the main track which runs past the site, but signal your presence to a marshal, who will direct you to an overflow parking area.
Where do we go once we have parked?
You will find us located immediately adjacent to the designated parking area. Please report to a marshal in the ex-Army marquee.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, don’t panic, we might be into all-things “military” but we don’t have pit latrines here! There is a clean and well-maintained toilet on-site for our customers to use.
Can we smoke on site?
You are welcome to smoke in the car park area of the site, providing you dispose of your cigarette butts carefully in the receptacle provided. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere else on site, due to the health risks posed to our staff and other customers by second-hand smoke. Players are also forbidden from smoking whilst playing, since a lit cigarette could pose a burn hazard to other players. If you choose to smoke in between games, please be courteous to other players and our staff by keeping your cigarette breaks to an absolute minimum in both quantity and duration.
Can you cater (food) for our group?
Due to the rising cost of food, we have made a commercial decision to cease providing food at Covert Combat. This will help us to keep our prices affordable, and focus on what we are best at, which is running awesome games of outdoor lazertag :-). Free drinks of squash and water are still included for all players.
Can we bring our own food/drink?
Unfortunately, no. We have found – from experience – that allowing groups to have food in the breaks between games simply slows the breaks down for everybody; this would not be fair on players who are waiting to get back out to play again.
We also cannot allow you to eat on-site at the end of your session; we will either have another group in after you (in which case we will need you to vacate the site so we can setup for them and have the car park clear) or we will be wanting to go home to our families after a long day on our feet!
Your session with us lasts for 2 hours in total, and does not allow time for food to be consumed.
If you want something to eat at the end of your session with us, we are happy to suggest some nearby restaurants, takeaways, bakeries, etc who – from personal experience – we think you would have a great experience with.
